Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise and coach the team
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Ensure timely pull out of RTV and Hub to Hub Intra-warehouse transfer
- Identify bottlenecks in the process and provide resolutions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Logistics/Transportation Operations
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive
- Interpersonal, conflict management, and impact-driven mindset
- Understanding of supply chain and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative, teamwork-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
