Job Description
We are urgently hiring for the position of HR Associate at First Asia Labor Service Cooperative.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- Proficient in computer skills with a typing speed of at least 30-40 wpm.
- Familiarity with applicant database tracking systems.
- Prior experience in human resources.
- Knowledge of database and office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Advanced understanding of employment law.
- Empathy, approachability, attentiveness, and honesty.
- Willingness to work in Diliman, QC area near Malakas Street.
