Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assigned station, providing customer service.
- Attend to inquiries, requests, and complaints; prepare reports.
- Mix and serve beverages.
- Handle cash and store funds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or related course.
- Min. 6 months food industry experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to undergo training; willing to work at SM Lanang.
