Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers. Your main duties include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, processing orders, and providing product information. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly attitude are essential for this role.
You will work closely with the Customer Service team to maintain a positive brand image and build lasting customer relationships. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
