Job Description
a. Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks.
b. Performance of building maintenance tasks in fields such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
c. Fabrication works/welding of specific metal projects.
d. Plant electrician, electrical troubleshooter.
e. Full-time, non-exempt hourly position reporting to the Facilities Head/Manager.
f. Other key responsibilities:
- Painting, remodeling, or refurbishing areas as needed.
- Repair, maintain and monitor all facilities equipment.
- Change HVAC filters as required.
- Dispose of recyclable wastes/materials properly.
- Change light bulbs and fluorescent lights as needed.
- Oversee waste hauling and facilities repair services.
- Assist with equipment installations and removals.
- Ensure proper waste disposal/storage and clean comfort rooms/pantry.
- Support technician during machine maintenance.
- Perform other assigned duties.
