Job Description
As an HMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing healthcare services for our members in a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). You will work closely with providers to ensure quality care and timely services are delivered to our members.
Your duties will include verifying eligibility, coordinating benefits, and processing claims. Strong communication skills are essential to liaise between members, providers, and insurance companies.
Previous experience in healthcare administration or insurance is preferred. Attention to detail and a commitment to customer service are key traits for success in this role.
