Position: HR Training & Development Supervisor

Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced HR Training & Development Supervisor to ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will promote a fair work culture contributing to organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and develop programs
- Collaborate with managers for effective training delivery
- Organize training materials and manage programs within budget
- Track trainee progress and provide reports
- Resolve any training-related issues
Required Skills:
- 6+ years in HR Training & Development
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with HR processes
