Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers to address concerns via phone or written correspondence
- Clarifies participant questions to ensure full understanding
What are we looking for?
- Open to candidates who completed college with no experience required
- High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience encouraged to apply
- Excellent to above-average English communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
- Can do onsite work within 25-35 km
