Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate/Specialist to join our O2C Service Delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective order-to-cash processes within the organization.
Key responsibilities include managing order processing, invoicing, credit management, and collections. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and escalations promptly.
The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in O2C processes and proficiency in ERP systems are preferred.
