Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for performing OS (RHEL) patching activities, password remediation, technical support for security concerns, and managing server installations and upgrades. The role also involves maintaining Oracle user IDs across different Warehouse Management System (WMS) sites and installing CA Entrust Certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
- OS Patching: Perform Operating System (OS) patching activities for WMS servers to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Password Remediation: Conduct password remediation activities to maintain and enhance system security.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for security-related concerns and issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution of problems.
- Certificate Installation: Install CA Entrust Certificates on servers and other relevant systems.
- Server Management: Install and upgrade server agents and packages to ensure optimal performance and security.
- User ID Maintenance: Maintain Oracle user IDs across different WMS sites, ensuring proper access and security controls are in place.
