Job Description

Required:
- At least 1 year experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interviews and assesses prospective applicants and matches them with vacancies
- Responsible for monitoring and improving the recruitment process
- Evaluates recruitment channels and sources for job positions
- Prepares recruitment dashboards and implements process improvements
- Keeps recruitment process documentation updated
- Uses social media to promote employment and encourage candidate applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php34,511.28 per month
