Job Description
Position: M&E Design Coordinator
Company: Digital Consulting PH
Location: Hybrid | Angeles City, Pampanga
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8 hours) Sat (4 hours)
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of draftsman/BIM modelers for a D&B project.
- Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams.
- Ensure M&E designs comply with codes and regulations.
- Review, verify, and translate consultant’s design drawings into shop drawings.
- Supervise draftsmen for quality construction drawings.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to design issues.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in M&E or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an M&E coordinator role.
- Knowledgeable in construction industry standards.
- Proficient in Autocad & Revit.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour Day shift
