Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently process reservations to optimize booking opportunities.
- Book hotels, tours, flights, and land transfers on behalf of clients.
- Handle complaints and travel issues from pre-departure until the end of booking.
- Contact and search for new suppliers.
- Coordinate with tour operators and the sales team to ensure up-to-date rates.
REQUIREMENTS
- College graduate (HRA/HRM/Tourism preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience in Reservations, Revenue Management, Front Office, or Sales in a travel agency.
- Familiarity with travel industry practices and booking procedures.
- Effective communication skills with clear articulation.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently (work from home).
- Flexible hours: 5 days a week job with work shifts.
- Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Sabre GDS is an advantage.

Pay: Php20,00.00 per month
