Job Description
Caldwell Communications is searching for dedicated individuals to join our team as Encoders. We are looking for candidates who can effectively communicate with customers, resolve issues promptly, match customer needs with our products/services, and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly without transferring calls when possible.
- Match customer needs with company products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and colleagues efficiently.
