Job Description
Qualifications:
- Experience in processing insurance applications of potential clients.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to write emails proficiently.
- Tech-savvy.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Experience in Insurance Quotation.
- Knowledge in P&L insurance and Umbrella insurance.
- Processing new and renewal of insurance policies.
- Experience in issuance of Certificates of Insurance.
- Experience in P&C insurance and Hawksoft is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email communications, drafting and sending emails, responding to inquiries, and organizing documentation.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets like Statement of Values (SOVs) using Excel.
- Conduct phone calls to clients, follow up on payment statuses, recommendations, or required documents.
- Ensure professional communication with clients, maintaining a high standard of English proficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information as per company policies.

Benefits:

- 8-hour shift.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary.
- Overtime pay.
