Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Experience in processing insurance applications of potential clients.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to write emails proficiently.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Experience in Insurance Quotation.
  • Knowledge in P&L insurance and Umbrella insurance.
  • Processing new and renewal of insurance policies.
  • Experience in issuance of Certificates of Insurance.
  • Experience in P&C insurance and Hawksoft is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email communications, drafting and sending emails, responding to inquiries, and organizing documentation.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets like Statement of Values (SOVs) using Excel.
  • Conduct phone calls to clients, follow up on payment statuses, recommendations, or required documents.
  • Ensure professional communication with clients, maintaining a high standard of English proficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information as per company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits:

  • Paid training.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift.

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary.
  • Overtime pay.
