Job Description
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various mobile devices.
• Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and component repairs according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to streamline processes, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the service center.
Qualifications:
- • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training preferred.
- • Proven experience in mobile device repair, preferably in a service center or retail environment.
- • Proficiency in diagnosing hardware and software issues on various mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.).
- • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php23,00.00 per month
