Job Description
As a Production Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the production department. Your main duties will include coordinating with team members, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.
You will need to have strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the production team effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities are crucial in this role to handle any issues that may arise during the shift.
