Job Description
Details:
- The job description requires making targeted outbound calls to Mandarin student applicants to increase confirmations and enrollments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring data integrity.
- Skills & experience needed:
- At least 3 years of BPO experience in Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php75,00.00 – Php85,00.00 per month
