Job Description
Restaurant Manager is responsible for financial, people, and quality management of store operations.
JOB SUMMARY
- Overall responsible for achieving Net Sales, Cost, and OPEX Targets.
- Delivering High-Quality Food based on Japan standards.
- Ensure Efficient, Fast, and Friendly service.
- Ensure shop compliance with Cleanliness and Image standards.
- Implement Food Safety Standards.
- Create a high-performance culture through people management practices.
- Provide motivation and performance reviews to develop a high-performing team.
- Manage People plan succession based on the approved Manning Guide.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement standard operating procedures for Cash Control System and Inventory Management.
- Monitor adherence to safety and security standards.
