Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and emails, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this position.
