Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage warehouse operations
- Oversee receiving, distribution, and maintenance
- Optimize space utilization
- Implement operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with legislation
- Maintain health, safety, and security standards
- Manage stock control and data systems
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
- Recruit, coach, and motivate employees
- Produce regular reports and statistics
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as Warehouse Manager
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures
- Ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of warehousing KPIs
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- BS degree in relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
