Job Description
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for supervision and management of interdepartmental communication and allocating tasks and resources as needed effectively and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To lead the operations by managing and supervising various teams of Data Analysts, Quality Control Managers, and Admin Quality Control Managers
- Oversees the supervision of personnel including work allocation, training, problem resolution
- Motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance while strictly monitoring and implementing the pod system
- Improves operational processes and best practices
- Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions
- Performs other duties as assigned by his immediate superior
