Job Description
Strong experience on administrative duties. Knowledge on Microsoft Office. Files organization and attention to detail. This position supports the Assistant Studio Manager on all administrative tasks. She receives orders from ASM regarding the daily needs of the Studio that needs attention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
- Checks Inventory and update file on incoming and outgoing supplies.
- Coordination to HR with regards to OT Forms, Salary discrepancy and others.
- In charge of sending out interoffice memo for the Transfer of equipment.
- Do errands as instructed by the Studio Manager.
- Efficiency in the task.
- Assess the overall knowledge of the job.
- Finish the task within the given timeline.
