Job Description
- Deliver new network solutions: design, order hardware, and implement network in our new offices and warehouses
- Participate in network standardization projects
- Handle failed hardware replacements (RMAs)
- Site cancellations and WAN line upgrades
- Resolve network-related operational requests and incidents
- Create wireless design and implement it with help of Regional IT
- Participate in clean-up projects (i.e. IOS patching, configuration clean-up)
