Job Description
- Review and verify completeness of clients’ ADA forms
- Cross-reference info with company records
- Coordinate notarization of ADA forms
- Maintain notarization records
- Organize and manage ADA form filing system
- Communicate with banks for verification
- Input client data accurately
- Maintain database of ADA forms
- Execute additional tasks as assigned
- Fieldwork involved
