Job Description
The Materials Analyst I is responsible for analyzing and assessing materials inventory levels to ensure optimal supply chain operations. This role involves monitoring stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Conduct data analysis to forecast material requirements and production needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management processes.
- Utilize ERP systems to track material movements and update inventory records.
- Participate in regular inventory audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. A degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
