Job Description
BRIEF QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of HR experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility for field work
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Assist in recruitment and job description preparation
- Orient new employees and train existing staff
- Manage HR records and explain company policies
- Respond to HR queries and handle attendance reports
- Maintain employee confidentiality
- Conduct performance reviews and training programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
