Job Description
The position holder shall undertake the following functions:
- Performs job functions in line with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.
- Plans, organizes, and controls the operation and activities of the Service Department.
- Manages the Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient vehicle maintenance.
- Conducts inspections of department operations and meets with staff to address operational needs.
- Handles customer complaints and maintains positive relations.
- Conducts vehicle servicing surveys to analyze competitive service rates.
- Performs marketing activities to promote dealership services.
- Monitors and improves customer satisfaction ratings.
- Performs other related duties as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience: 2 years in automotive and managerial roles (Preferred)
