Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Payroll administration (currently use ADP)
- Benefits administration (currently use ADP)
- Employee onboarding support
- Bank account monitoring, reconciliation, and management (currently with Truist)
- Cash / treasury management (currently very simple)
- General recordkeeping
- Potentially assist with business insurance procurement & management
- Potentially support equity issuance/cap table management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- AT LEAST 3 years general accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Experience in Payroll and HR
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting
- Proficient with ADP
MUSTS
- 1) Stellar English communication skills (C1 & up ONLY)
- 2) Available and comfortable committing to long-term, full-time work within U.S. business hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php82,500.00 – Php110,00.00 per month
