Job Description
- Contact and build solid relationships with U.S creditors, collection agencies, and attorneys/law firms to negotiate unsecured debts for reduced settlements on clients’ behalf.
- Meet and exceed monthly negotiation standards, goals, and quota.
- Communicate effectively and persuasively.
- Calculate numbers for account analysis and acceptable percentages for successful settlements consistent with company guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze client accounts to determine necessary funds to accurately process settlements and payment of company charges.
- Educate and coordinate with clients on their account settlement status.
- Must have a college degree (college undergraduate is accepted).
- Must have a minimum of 1-year U.S collections or related U.S Financial account experience.
- Preferably with B2C collection experience.
- High organization skills with keen attention to details.
- Self-motivated and independent with a proven track record for meeting and exceeding monthly goals and quota.
- Effective and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused and a team player.
- Willing to work ON-SITE and in a graveyard shift schedule.
