Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for an Accounts Payable Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile invoices and purchase orders
- Process and code invoices for payment
- Verify vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment reports
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes
- Assist with month-end closing activities
Requirements:
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
