Job Description
Qualifications:
Good English communication skills
Ability to understand medical terms
At least 2 years of recruitment experience
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to hit recruitment targets weekly
Responsibilities:
Staffing agreement with companies seeking RNs, LPNs, RNs, or HHAs
Utilize scripts provided
Source candidates from various platforms like Indeed, Craigslist, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and others
Screen and qualify candidates based on mandatory qualifications
Conduct phone or video screenings
Forward interested candidates to Chaim for onboarding
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
