Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and verify invoices accurately.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Ensure correct coding of invoices.
- Schedule payments and prepare checks.
- Maintain payment records and communicate with vendors.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance.
- Assist with audits and identify process improvements.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
