Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and verify invoices accurately.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents.
  • Ensure correct coding of invoices.
  • Schedule payments and prepare checks.
  • Maintain payment records and communicate with vendors.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with audits and identify process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
