Job Description
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, acknowledge, and record purchase orders and forecasts from various customers.
- Update Purchase Order Monitoring and perform PO reconciliation with customers.
- Arrange deliveries based on Purchase Order Delivery Date.
- Prepare Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices.
- Coordinate with Customer Delivery-related concerns.
- Prepare and send Customer Satisfaction surveys.
- Update and Monitor Forming Production Output.
- Prepare Monthly Sales Reports and more.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Can perform Sales Process and PEZA document processing.
- Graduate of Any related Business course with at least 1 year of work experience.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office) with good communication skills.
- Ability to work beyond regular hours and effectively under pressure.
