Job Description
The Billing Associate is responsible for managing the billing process within the company. Duties include generating invoices, verifying billing information, communicating with clients, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Key Duties:
- Invoicing customers
- Answering phone calls
- Entertaining customers
- Monitoring customer accounts for collection
- Supervising a unit or department
- Performing cashiering and price quotations
Company Involvement:
- Abiding by company rules and values
- Attending meetings and contributing to department goals
- Promoting a positive company image
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience preferred
- Knowledge of Acumatica a plus
- College level or fresh graduates welcome
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
