Job Description
A Billing Specialist position is now available at our company. As a Billing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Your main responsibility will be to generate invoices, review billing data, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the billing cycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on services provided
- Review billing data and ensure accuracy
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues
- Collaborate with other teams to address billing-related inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations and procedures
If you have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you. In addition, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
