Job Description
Expand your recruiting and HR portfolio with a growing consumer tech company. We are looking for an experienced HR Independent Contractor specializing in recruitment. The successful candidate will handle full cycle recruitment and ad-hoc HR-related initiatives within our company.
- Proactively identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews via MS Teams
- Assess applicants’ suitability, promote company reputation
- Provide recruitment reports, use project management tools and e-signature software
- Requirements: Post-secondary education, recruiting experience, proactivity, tech proficiency
- This is an independently contracted position
