Job Description
Main duties include preparing financial reports and analysis as per management requirements. Responsible for managing designated accounting sections and ensuring adherence to company standards. Directly supervise key accounting activities and perform reconciliations of statements and accounts. Verify disbursement of funds.
Primary responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of department activities such as monthly book closing, P&L statements, balance sheet preparation, and submission of operational trends.
- Posting business transactions in ledgers, computing management fees, and performing bank and inter-company account reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly account analysis, barter agreement status, profit budget schedules, and authenticating fund disbursement documents.
Other duties include maintaining accounting-related files, ensuring workspace cleanliness, checking F&B operations reports, and fulfilling assigned tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month

Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary
