Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Pre-sales Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Pre-sales Technical Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team in providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and assist in designing solutions that meet their needs. Through your technical knowledge and expertise, you will build trust and confidence with potential customers, helping to close sales deals.
Your duties will include performing product demonstrations and presentations, conducting technical workshops, and providing technical consultation to customers. You will also collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You must be able to effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals and be comfortable presenting in front of small or large groups.
