Job Description
· Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
· Ensure timely preparation of all meals
· Utilize kitchen equipment during food preparation
· Stay productive and prepare for future needs
· Keep up with culinary trends and techniques
· Fulfill complex orders and requests
· Coordinate with other stations on prioritization
· Assume 100% responsibility for station output quality
· Maintain clean work station area and adhere to health and safety regulations
· Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen areas
· Report any violations to the Chef/Supervisor
· Dress professionally and work as a team player
· Report regularly to the Chef/Supervisor
