Job Description
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to streamline production, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation processes to meet business objectives.
Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all aspects of operations and logistics. Identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and drive continuous efficiency gains.
Budget & Cost Control: Manage the operations and logistics budget. Analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and ensure all activities are aligned with financial goals.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operations and logistics professionals. Provide coaching, training, and mentorship.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Build strong partnerships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal service levels.
Technology & Innovation: Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance visibility, automation, and decision-making across the supply chain.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in operations and logistics management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the fertilizer or agricultural industry is advantageous.
- Proven success in enhancing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php48,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
