Job Description
1. Promotes assigned products regularly to target doctors and hospitals in the assigned territory. Develops sales plan and activities to achieve sales target.
2. Target specialties are Medical Oncologist and Gyne Oncologists.
3. Identifies and develops business opportunities to increase market share. Manages Key Opinion Leaders and builds strong relationships with target doctors.
4. Ensures all activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Follows documented processes, procedures, and internal quality management systems.
5. Conducts CME activities such as product presentations, RTD, and FGD when necessary.
6. Maintains customer profiles.
7. Develops, implements, and reviews customer business plans/strategies.
8. Collaborates with Sales & Marketing Manager to develop long-term business-building programs with key stakeholders.
9. Reports on competition activities and strategies.
10. Identifies key territory issues and recommends action plans.
Product Specialist specializing in Onco Products: 1 year (Required).
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month.
