Job Description
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Food Technology, Nutrition, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in a commissary, with 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of baking and manufacturing operations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for bakery equipment.
- Manage production activities, resources, and implement production plans efficiently.
- Monitor daily production operations, ensuring output and quality standards.
- Report production performance regularly and oversee people management and records.
- Location: Carmona, Cavite.
