Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily store operations
• Lead in achieving performance targets
• Implement programs for operational efficiency
• Manage and develop subordinates
• Control expenses and food costs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in HRM or related field
• 2-5 years experience in Food Service
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Willingness to work shifting schedules
• Preferably near Muntinlupa or willing to relocate

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,947.00 – Php22,445.00 per month
