Job Description
BRIEF QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage.
- Experience in managing or supervising a team, preferably in a real estate brokerage or sales environment.
- In-depth understanding of the Philippine real estate market, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with property sales processes, brokerage operations, and network management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of brokers and agents.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing contracts, documentation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
