Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Facilities Specialist. As an Admin Facilities Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all facility-related operations within our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the overall maintenance and cleanliness of our facilities
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance services with external vendors
- Managing facility budgets and tracking expenses
- Developing and implementing facility policies and procedures
- Assisting with space planning and office relocations
- Procuring necessary equipment and supplies
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also have a strong understanding of facility management principles and be able to work well both independently and in a team environment.
