Job Description
We are currently seeking a Client Application Support TN 1 to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using our applications.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to end-users. Knowledge of SQL, Java, and customer service experience are preferred.
