Job Description
Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is currently hiring on behalf of a Global Leading Integrated Communication Information Solution Provider. With coverage in more than 160 countries and regions, the company aims to achieve global connectivity and trust.
Job Summary: Our client is in need of a Legal Manager who will specialize in Corporate Housekeeping, HR Outsourcing, and Labor Relations. This position is based in BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila, with deployment to Makati City. The candidate will work on-site.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking charge of the legal and compliance affairs of the international company and engineering services projects;
- Managing and reviewing all contracts, providing legal advice for regular business operations;
- Drafting standard legal documentation and assisting with business certification registration and renovation;
- Managing the legal risk of engineering services projects and providing legal support on dispute resolution and negotiation processes.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Law;
- Minimum 1 year of legal practice, preferably less than 5 years;
- Solid knowledge of civil and commercial legislation;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese language proficiency is a plus;
- Flexible and able to multitask, focused on problem-solving and meeting deadlines;
- Highly confident and a strong negotiator.
