Job Description

• At least 3 years work experience in the same role, in the same capacity, or in a coffee shop
• Good public relations skills
• Responsible for overseeing store operations and ensuring quality of products
• Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions
• Assist cashier during peak hours
• Check daily and prepare monthly sales and expenses reports
• Understand food safety practices
• Ability to multitask and manage requests promptly
• Demonstrate tenacity in performing responsibilities
• Must be honest, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Can follow written and verbal instructions effectively
• Must be physically fit and willing to be deployed at Clark Pampanga

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

Benefits: Opportunity for pay raise

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including afternoon, day, early, and evening shifts

Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary

Experience: 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager (Preferred)

Language: Proficiency in English (Preferred)
