Job Description
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any business related courses.
- 3 – 5 years experience as a Human Resource Supervisor.
- Experience in administration of HR programs: Sourcing & Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Employee Engagement.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Skills in database management and record-keeping.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
